Using the app and website
You may use the app for personal, lawful entertainment on devices you are authorised to use, subject to these terms and applicable App Store rules. Do not misuse the service, attempt unauthorised access or infringe others’ rights. Any restrictions on copying, modifying or reverse engineering apply only to the extent permitted by applicable law.
Apple’s terms
Downloads and use through the App Store are also subject to Apple’s applicable terms and the Apple Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement, unless a separate EULA is supplied there. These website terms supplement that agreement and do not replace mandatory App Store terms.
Price and future features
The initial release is free, without advertisements, in-app purchases or subscriptions. This is not a promise that every future feature or release will remain free. Any optional paid feature, price and purchase terms will be shown before you decide to buy. We will not charge you automatically simply because you use this release.
Your saved games
Progress, favourites, settings and statistics are stored locally. Device failure, reinstalling or deleting the app may remove that data. Backup availability depends on your device settings. The current release provides no account-based recovery or cross-device sync.
Our content
The app’s design, code, artwork and website content belong to Savvy.codes or its licensors. These terms grant you permission to use the service, not ownership of that content. Statutory exceptions and other permissions required by law remain available.
Availability and updates
We may improve or change the app, correct errors and update supported system requirements. We do not promise uninterrupted operation or compatibility with every future device. Where the law requires updates, remedies or notice of a material change, those rights remain unaffected.
Responsibility and consumer rights
We take care in providing the app and website, but software may contain errors. To the extent allowed by law, we do not guarantee that the service will meet every expectation or be free from every interruption. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded, or limits your mandatory consumer rights, including applicable rights to conformity, remedies or compensation.

Stopping use and changes to these terms
You may stop using the app or website at any time. We may update these terms to reflect changes to the service or legal requirements, publishing the revised date here. Material changes will be communicated where required by law; no update removes rights you already have under mandatory law.
Applicable law
Dutch law applies to the extent permitted by law. If you are a consumer elsewhere, you keep any mandatory protections and rights to bring proceedings in your home jurisdiction that apply to you. Contact us first if there is a problem so we can try to resolve it.
